How can I share Leafr projects with people within my own company?

(Client article) Inviting your team members to view and manage your Leafr project and applicants.

Updated over 5 months ago

This article is aimed at clients. If you're looking for help with your consultant account (for working on projects), please see the 'Consultants' section of the Help centre.

On Leafr, you can easily invite members of your team within your company to collaborate on projects you have created.

Note: this is different from inviting Consultants to apply to your project. If you want to do that, see our article on Inviting Consultants to apply to projects.

Want to invite people outside of your company (with different email domains)? You can do that too!

How to invite people to projects.

They will get an email with a link, which will take them through to Leafr (ask them to check their junk).

How do permissions work?

When you invite people, you set permissions. Permissions allow you to choose whether invited people can take action on projects, or just view them.

Permissions are as follows:

  • Creator - This is you as the creator of the project.

    • You can add/remove team members to projects, change permissions per user, and do all Manager actions.

  • Manager - For team members added to the project

    • Managers can edit projects, take action on applicants including reject, offer contracts, and schedule interviews.

    • They can also create their own projects with their Leafr account.

  • Viewer - For team members added to the project

    • Viewers can take no action. They can see project details, applicants, contracts.

    • They can also create their own projects with their Leafr account.

Someone I invited didn't get an invite?

If this happens, contact the Leafr team via chat, or email [email protected].
