How can I change the details of a project I’ve posted on Leafr?

How to edit details of your projects after you've posted them, including descriptions, rates, application questions and dates.

Posted a project and want to edit the details? It’s easy to do this on Leafr. Here are the steps:

1. Go to ‘Projects’ and click the title of the Project you’ve just shared. This will take you to the ‘Project Details’ page.

2. Click the ‘pencil’ icon on the top right of each section, and edit the details.

3. Once you’re done, click the tick symbol, and the changes will be saved.

Can I change the project details after consultants have applied?

Yes: you can changes details of the project until you’ve sent a contract.

When you accept a Consultant and send a contract, you’ll need to enter a final set of details for the project, including the rate you’re offering. This locks these details in.

If the Consultant doesn’t accept the project agreement, you can reedit the details.

How do I change my interview availabilities for a project?

To change your interview availability, just go to the ‘Interviews’ tab for a project, and hit the pencil icon again.

From here, you can change, remove or add availability.

We recommend you add as much availability as possible: this makes it easier to schedule interviews.

What happens if I can’t edit the project details?

This likely to be because the project agreement has been offered, or the project is Live, Withdrawn or Complete.

If the project has any of these statuses, you won’t be able to edit the details.
